The Lagos project comprises three towers unified by a shared podium. Designed in exposed concrete, the podium establishes a bold Brutalist character and provides a strong architectural base. It incorporates swimming pools and communal gathering areas, creating a shared outdoor space for residents and visitors. The towers’ façades are defined by a dynamic interplay of projecting and recessed slabs, adding depth and shadow while giving the development a distinctive contemporary identity. Greenery integrated into the balconies softens the concrete surfaces and brings a natural element to the architecture.
