Project Area: 6,400m2 Project Scope: Ain El Mrayseh Tower is a mixed-use development located in the heart of Beirut, offering uninterrupted sea views. The project comprises residential apartments, ground-floor retail shops, and premium amenities, including a rooftop swimming pool and gym. Our scope of work included architectural design, technical drawings, and preparation of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
